Shipping & Returns


When will my order ship? Once your order is successfully submitted, our fabulous team works hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2-3 business day. Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 2 to 3 additional business days!

Pick Up In-Store When can I pick up my order?  Sometimes we need 1-3 business day to process and complete your order, but don't worry! You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready to go home with you!  

Can I add or remove items from my order if it is pickup in-store? If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Making a change may delay when your order is ready for pickup, but it's our goal to make things right as soon as possible!

I accidentally selected "Pickup In-Store". Can I change this to ship to my address? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to make changes to your order! - We'll do our best to get your goodies to you as soon as we can!

How long do I have to pick up my order? We always want you to have you your goodies as soon as possible, but we understand situations come up. We will hold your item in store for 90 days. After 90 days the items will be restocked. Please remember the 14- day return/exchange policy still applies to these orders from the date the order was fulfilled.

Exchange/ Returns

What is your return policy? Our return policy is 14 Days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you need to return it, send us an email at and ship item to Blush and Bashful Boutique 115 Court St N. Talladega, Al 35160.

  • Eligible returns are for Store Credit only. Store credit is issued in the form of a Blush and Bashful gift card.
  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. 
  • All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale. 

Refunds are only issued in the event the item is damaged before wear and at our discretion.

Can I return items purchased online in stores? Absolutely! We'd love for you to come visit us in store to exchange out your items within our policy guidelines! We have an incredibly stunning boutique storefronts waiting for you in Talladega! Be sure to check our hours first!   

How long does it take to process my return? Once the delivery man drops off your return at our boutique, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. A sparkling, ready-to-be-spent gift card will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order or a refund will be processed on the original form of payment.  

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale? All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item!  

I returned an item and have not received my gift card code yet! What do I do? If you have not received an email with your gift card code 5-7 business days after we have received it here, please let us know! You can shoot us an email at keep in mind that sometimes the email may filter into your junk or spam folder!
